Florence is an app that’s on it’s way to market that will revolutionise the way nurses find shifts. Helping them get shifts that suit them and get paid more for them! The brand got off to a great start when the team decided to name the app after Florence Nightingale.


We worked through several different ideas, including several concepts based around Florence Nightingale’s nickname, the lady with the lamp. However the Florence team really liked our representation of the nightingale bird with the hidden F and we can see why! The mark is strong so it will work really well on it’s own, something that was really appealing. We look forward to working with Florence as they launch and continue to grow.
